Opus Marketplace LLC (dba TIC Training Center) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our e-learning platform and course content.
We strive to maintain our platform and course materials in conformance with the
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
To support our students and our public-sector partners, our technical commitments include:
- Video Content: Providing synchronized closed captions for all newly produced and updated on-demand e-learning videos.
- Audio Descriptions: Providing audio descriptions or comprehensive text transcripts for complex visual diagrams used in our curriculum.
- Platform Navigation: Utilizing the built-in accessibility features of our LearnWorlds hosting environment to support screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Our e-learning environment relies on third-party infrastructure (LearnWorlds, Vimeo, Stripe). While we mandate accessibility in our vendor selection, certain third-party user interfaces may be outside of our direct code control. We conduct annual reviews of our core curriculum to ensure ongoing WCAG 2.1 AA alignment.
