Your Right to Withdraw

For Individual Students

To withdraw from a course and receive a refund within your 14-day window, simply do the following:
  • Navigate to the first page of your course player
  • If you are an individual student who purchased directly, you will see a Withdrawal Request button on the first page of your course. Pressing this button notifies our billing team to manually verify your eligibility and purchase method. You will receive an automated email acknowledging your request immediately, and your verified refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Please note: Accessing the second page of your course or passing the first lesson constitutes a waiver of your right to withdraw, as the digital content is considered 'delivered' at that point.

For Organizations and Seat Managers

If you manage seats for your company and need to request a pro-rated refund for unused licenses or bulk deals, please contact our billing team at info@traumainformedcaretraining.com within 14 days of your purchase.
To ensure your request is processed correctly, please include:
  • Order ID
  • Purchaser email address
  • What you are returning: (e.g., '3 unassigned licenses' or '5 empty seats').
Eligibility & Verification:
  • The 14-Day Window: Requests must be received via email within 14 days of the original transaction date.
  • "Unused" Status: We will verify that the requested units are unassigned to any learner and that no course content has been accessed through those seats. Once a seat is assigned or accessed, the right to withdraw for that specific unit is waived.
  • Pro-Rated Calculation: Refunds are calculated proportionally. We look at the actual total amount you paid (including any bulk discounts or custom deal pricing) and share it across the items in your order based on their relative value.
Processing: Once verified, we will apply your pro-rated refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
How we verify:
We will check your dashboard to confirm these units are 'Unused' (unassigned to a learner and no content accessed). Once verified, we will apply your pro-rated refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
